We are excited to implement an electronic application process to avoid mailing costs, but it will REQUIRE Adobe Reader, which you can download here. Other PDF applications seem to have trouble.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

For web browser-based email services (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc.):

Follow the instructions and press "SUBMIT" at the bottom when finished. A window will pop up asking you to "Select Email Client." Choose "Internet Email."
Save the PDF as "2012 lastname application." For example: "2012 Smith application." A pop-up will say "Thank you for submitting your application," but you're not quite done!
Attach the saved, completed PDF to an email and send it to info@westernmastersartshow.com, along with whatever images you are including.

For other email programs (Outlook, Eudora, etc.):

Open the 2012 New Exhibitor Application.pdf. Follow the instructions.
Follow the instructions and press "SUBMIT" at the bottom when finished. A window will pop up asking you to "Select Email Client." Choose "Desktop Email Application."
Your default email program should open up a new message with the PDF already attached and addressed. Include images of work, and press "Send".

You can save the file at any point if you need to close it, and your work will be saved. Once you send it, you should receive a response within two days from me confirming that I have received your application. There is no deadline, but the sooner you return the completed application with three images of your work, the sooner the jury can evaluate it and let you know their decision.
